TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO SHORT QUATATION NOTICE
- The Quotation must be sealed and superscribed on the cover as
“Quotation for supply of office furnitures for ADRC under Mizoram State Legal Services Authority” which shall be addressed to Member Secretary, Mizoram State Legal Services Authority.
- The Quotation should reach the office of Member Secretary, MSLSA latest by 12:00 hours on 10.12.2021.
- Only manufacturers, authorized distributors/authorized dealers can participate in the Quotation, the firm should submit proof of their manufacturing, authorized dealership/distributor. This is subject to verification if necessary.
- Quotation should be accompanied by Bid Security 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Account Pay Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt/Bankers Cheque or Bank Quaranty from any of the Commercial Banks which should remain valid for atleast 45 days duly pledged in favour of the Member Secretary, MSLSA
- The quotationers should quote their rates both in words and in figures.
- The quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes and other charges etc. No claim for taxes/charges will be entertained at a later stage. Nothing over and above the quoted price would be payable to the successful bidder. Any over writing /cutting etc. render the tender invalid.
- Only GST payee agencies are eligible to fill this quotation. Interested agencies shall quote their GST Registration Number in their quotation and also attach documentary proof of having registered for the sale of such store/items etc.
- The item quoted with detail specification should be furnished in a separate sheet duly signed by the quotationers.
- The rates will be valid till supply of items is completed, in all respect.
- The quotationer can remain present himself or his authorized representative at the time of opening of the Quotation.
- Incomplete quotation /conditional tenders will not be accepted.
- No claim for interest in case of delayed payment will be entertained by the Department.
- The purchase committee reserves the right to reject any tender or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
- All payments will be made only after the materials are received in full and in good condition and after completion of supply. No advance payment shall be made in any case.
